Steps to Disable Auto Word Select
Open Outlook: Start by opening your Office 365 Outlook application.
Access Options:

Navigate to Mail Settings:
- In the Outlook Options dialog box, click on Mail in the left-hand sidebar.
Editor Options:

Advanced Settings:
- In the Editor Options dialog box, click on the Advanced tab.
Disable Auto Word Select:
